Excellent care and service from veterinarians to Beth at the office.
Arlington Equine is the best equine veterinary practice in the area (we have used almost all of them over the years), and I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Dowd, Dr. Guy, and Beth are all wonderful, kind people who have been with us through a lot of difficult circumstances. They have always provided our horses with top-notch care, even when faced with complicated and involved issues. Dr. Dowd couldn’t have been more compassionate when he was with us for the last moments of two of our equine family members’ lives. Everyone at the practice has always been there for us, during and after office hours. They truly care about their patients.
Dr. Dowd floated my mare’s teeth. He is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush through the procedure and explained everything he was going to do. I couldn’t be happier. Beth is great as well. She was very quick to email me all the information I needed.

Dr. Guy and Beth are wonderful, caring individuals who have provided excellent chiropractic services to my Irish Wolfhounds over the past 4 years. Dr. Guy has made accommodations for my older hounds when they can no longer climb the stairs to her office. Sometimes the weather has not been ideal, especially in winter, but my guys always come away from the appointment feeling better and much more limber. Thank you both!
My horses and I have always received the most excellent care from Dr. Dowd and Dr. Guy. More than excellent care…they make it a practice to know the horse and respect and admire the bond of love the owner has with their horse. They always give consistently excellent care and go beyond the expected to give that care. I trust them with what I love most in the world…my equine partners.
